The Park Avenue House
Beginning with the Fall '99 semester, OCC began operating an off
campus house in the City of Binghamton.
- The house is home to four female students and one house manager.
At this time, we are recruiting incoming transfer, graduate,
and international students to be residents of the property.
- Here is a brief description of the house: This fully furnished
house includes all utilities except phone and cable, and has
a security system that is linked to the Binghamton University
Police Station. The second floor includes the four student bedrooms
and a bathroom which includes two shower stalls. The first floor
has a large, eat-in kitchen (with full appliances), and living
room (with attached front porch), and the house manager bedroom.
The finished basement will offer coin-operated laundry facilities,
half-bathroom, and lounge area. An unfinished attic offers a
large storage area for students' belongings. The house manager's
room also has a full, private bathroom.
The House is fully occupied for the Fall '08 Semester. If you are
interested in living at the Park Avenue House, contact Stephanie
Adamec at (607)777-2768 or occ@binghamton.edu
