Application Information
ONLY students who have attended an advising session will have their application processed. Please have the names and telephone numbers of your references before filling out the application.
*** International Students in F-1 or J-1 visa status must secure written authorization from the ISSS before beginning any internship. This is true for both paid and unpaid internship. Students in F-1 or J-1 visa status who begin interships without first recieving this written authorization from the ISSS will be in violation of federal immigration regulations. Protect your valid visa status. ***

Professional Program Application
(OCC 385/395):

a) Online Application: here... Deadline for submission of all material is October 7, 2008(For Spring, '09).
b) Confidentiality Statement: here..
c) Internship Information Sheet: here.. Students must complete this Internship Information Sheet in word document (no handwriting), and then download two copies for EACH position to which application is being made. No more than two positions may be applied to (meaning no more than 4 copies of this form should be submitted).
In addition to submitting an online application, a confidentiallity statement and Internship Information sheet (downloaded above), students must also bring to OCC two resumes, and two cover letters
